Research on performance evaluation of agricultural science and technology transformation path based on AHP-FCE in Tianjin

摘要: 科技创新是产业发展的动力之源,将理论形态的创新性农业科技成果转化为实际的生产力,有利于推进农业高质量发展,加快农业现代化的步伐。以技术、经济效益和社会效益这3个维度构建天津市农业科技成果转化路径绩效评价指标体系,使用AHP方法求出一、二级的指标权重。基于专家问卷,利用FCE法,对天津市不同种类农业科技成果不同转化路径的绩效进行评价与比较,寻求各类农业科技成果的最佳转化路径,并从政府、科教部门和企业三个层次提出促进农业科技成果转化的建议。

Abstract: Scientific and technological innovation is the source of power for industrial development. Transforming innovative agricultural scientific and technological achievements in theoretical form into actual productivity is conducive to promoting high-quality agricultural development and accelerating the pace of agricultural modernization. The performance evaluation index system of the transformation path of agricultural science and technology achievements in Tianjin was constructed in three dimensions, namely technology, economic benefits and social benefits, and the index weights of the first and second levels were derived using the AHP method. Based on the expert questionnaire, the FCE method was used to evaluate and compare the performance of different transformation paths of different kinds of agricultural science and technology achievements in Tianjin and seek the best transformation path for various kinds of agricultural science and technology achievements. Some suggestions were put forward from the government, science and education departments and enterprises to promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.
