摘要: 生防芽孢杆菌具有抑菌谱广、抗逆性强、可分泌多种抗菌物质等优点,在生物防治中占有重要地位。本文从生防芽孢杆菌的形态特征、生理生化特征、抑菌机制、在植物病害防治领域的应用4个方面来阐述,旨在为生防芽孢杆菌的生防机制研究和应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: The Bacillus has the advantages of a wide spectrum of anti-bacterial, strong resistance and secretion of a variety of antibacterial substances, and plays an important role in biological control. This study expounds from four aspects: morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics, anti-bacterial mechanism, and the prevention and control on plant disease. It is to provide theoretical basis for the research on the anti-bacterial mechanism and application of biocontrol Bacillus.
