A design of flow meter applied in the laboratory for the measurement of low biogas production

摘要: 实验室规模下的沼气发酵装置产气速率低,沼气产量的精确计量较为困难。本文设计一种适用于实验室的微量沼气计量装置,该装置将连续产出的沼气离散化计量,而单次计量的沼气体积通过固定容积集气腔的压力变化来求解。装置的控制系统以单片机为核心,根据设定的压力参数实现固体容积集气腔“接收沼气”状态和“排放沼气”状态的自动切换。此外,控制系统自动收集和显示的关键参数用于沼气产量的计算。

Abstract: Biogas production rate in the bench-scale fermentation reactor is commonly low, and it is difficult to obtain the precise data of biogas production. This study designed a biogas flow meter that is suitable for bench-scale fermentation reactor. During the operation of the flow meter, the continuously produced biogas is discretized and then measured, and the biogas volume in each measurement batch is determined by the pressure change in the biogas collection chamber with the constant volume. The control system of the flow meter takes the single chip microcomputer as the core part. Based on the predetermined pressure parameters, the automatic switch of the situation between “receiving biogas” and “emitting biogas” in the biogas collection chamber could be achieved. The data of the key parameters that is automatically collected and displayed in the control system is used for the calculation of biogas flow.
