不同速生柳品种扦插育苗效果综合评判

Comprehensive evaluation on cutting seedling effect of different fast-growing willow cultivars

摘要: 以引进的瑞典能源柳4个品种为材料,与本土优良旱柳品种渤海柳进行对比,研究其扦插后萌生能力,监测萌条的生长动态和生物量积累,并采用模糊隶属函数法进行评判,以期筛选适合天津地区栽植的速生柳树品种。结果表明:4月初扦插,渤海柳萌发率最高,且单株萌条数最多,其次为瑞柳E号;采用45°斜插方法,背侧萌条数量多于腹侧,对瑞柳C号影响最大;在整个生长季,瑞柳E号萌条基径最粗,渤海柳萌条长度最大,而瑞柳2号萌条最细且长度最小;渤海柳和瑞柳E号单株叶片数均较多;与渤海柳相比,瑞柳E号一级侧枝数量较少,但平均直径和长度较大;瑞柳E号和渤海柳一年生扦插苗单株生物量均较高,二者无显著差异;瑞典能源柳4个品种主干和侧枝的生物量占比均超过50%,而渤海柳仅占38.2%;采用模糊隶属函数法排序结果为瑞柳E号>渤海柳>瑞柳4号>瑞柳C号>瑞柳2号,瑞柳E号更适合在天津地区推广栽培。

Abstract: The four cultivars of Swedish energy willow were used as materials to compare with Salix matsudana ‘9901’, the native willow cultivar. The germination ability after propagation by cutting was studied and the growth dynamic of sprout was monitored with the accumulation of biomass. The method of fuzzy membership function was used to evaluate them. The purpose was to select the fast-growing willow cultivar suitable for planting in Tianjin. The results showed that after cutting in early April, the great germination rate and more sprouts was observed on S. matsudana ‘9901’, followed by S. viminalis. With the 45° oblique insertion method, the number of sprouts on the dorsal side was more than that on the ventral side, which had the greatest influence on S. fragilis. In the whole growing season, the thickest base diameter of sprout was observed on S. viminalis and the largest length of sprout was observed on S. matsudana ‘9901’. The thinnest base diameter and smallest length of sprout were observed on the S. dascladus. The number of leaves per plant in S. matsudana ‘9901’ and S. viminalis was higher than others. Compared with S. matsudana ‘9901’, the number of the first branch of sprouts on S. viminalis was small, but the average diameter and length were larger. The annual biomass per plant of S. viminalis and S. matsudana ‘9901’ were higher, while there was no significant difference between them. The biomass of main stems and branches of the four cultivars of the Swedish energy willow accounted for more than 50%, while those accounted for 38.2% for S. matsudana ‘9901’. The fuzzy membership function method was used to sort as follows: S. viminalis > S. matsudana‘9901’> S.‘MesuNeko> S. fragilis > S. dascladus. It is concluded that S. viminalis is the most suitable for cultivation in Tianjin.
