北方冬季雾霾对4种常绿植物光合特性的影响

Effects of northern winter haze on photosynthetic characteristics of four evergreen plants

摘要: 为研究北方冬季雾霾条件下常绿植物的光合特性,选取天津地区具有代表性的4种常绿植物——大叶黄杨、小叶黄杨、剑麻、女贞,测定植物的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci),分析雾霾对4种常绿植物光合特性的影响、种间差异和各参数之间的关系。结果表明,晴天时,小叶黄杨的Pn最高,大叶黄杨的最低;Gs值均为大叶黄杨和剑麻的最低,小叶黄杨和女贞较高;Ci为大叶黄杨最高,女贞最低。各植物Pn的差异与Gs变化呈显著正相关,相关系数达0.923。雾霾天时,4种植物的Pn、Gs、Ci显著降低;雾霾最严重期间,剑麻的Pn值最高、Gs值较低、Ci最高。这与轻度雾霾条件下的测定有较大出入。表现为雾霾明显降低了小叶黄杨和女贞的Pn、大叶黄杨的Ci和增加了女贞的Ci。重雾霾下,4种植物Pn的差异与Gs的变化无相关性,相关系数为0.096,与晴天完全不同。2017年1月8—17日,4种常绿植物的Pn与Gs高度相关,相关系数均在0.800以上。

Abstract: In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics of evergreen plants in northern winter haze, net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs)and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci)of the plants were measured with 4 evergreen plants in Tianjin,including Euonymus japonicus, Populus simonii, sisal and prive by CL-340 portable photosynthesis instruments. The effects of haze was analyzed on the photosynthetic characteristics of four evergreen plants , the differences and the relationship among four plants. The results show that Pn was the highest in Populus simonii and was the lowest in Euonymus japonicus in three sunny days. Gs was lowest in Euonymus japonicus and sisal, but was highest in Populus simonii and Privet. Ci was the highest in Euonymus japonicas and was the lowest in Privet. The difference of Pn in each species was positively correlated with the change of Gs, the correlation coefficient was 0.923. Pn, Gs, and Ci of the four plants were significantly decreased in haze days. Sisal has higher Pn, lowest Gs and the highest Ci under heavy haze. This conclusion was different from the sunny conditions. It means that the haze reduced Pn of Populus simonii and Privet largely, the Ci of Euonymus japonicus and increased Ci of Privet at the same time. In the case of heavy haze, the difference of net photosynthetic rate(Pn)among the four plants was not correlated with the change of stomatal conductance(Gs), the correlation coefficient was 0.096,which is completely different from that of sunny days. From 11 to 17 in January 2017 with haze, Gs of four plants were significantly highly correlated with Pn. The correlation coefficient was above 0.8.
