Abstract: Avian T cell can convert the external signal into internal signal via TCR, which can stimulate T cell proliferation and differentiation and play an important role in immune function. TCR clones of the body can be fully shown and evaluate the immune functions comprehensively by TCR repertoire analysis. The technologies of TCR repertoire analysis have been extensively applied to the fields of pathogen infection, tumor, autoimmune disease, and so on. More useful research resources about the biological characteristics of pathogens, diagnosing, preventing and controlling the relevant diseases can be provided by exploring the changes of TCR clones in avian pathogen infection and tumor diseases with using the technologies of TCR repertoire analysis.
