大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土箱涵裂缝处理方法研究与应用

Research and application on crack treatment of concrete box culvert with large amount of pulverized slag

摘要: 南水北调天津市1段工程7个土建施工标中,TJ5-4和TJ5-5标段箱涵混凝土采用大掺量矿渣混凝土以提高混凝土性能。在后期实际应用中发现,箱涵墙体和顶板均出现不同程度的施工裂缝,为解决此问题,采用新型JX-5系环氧浆材进行化学注浆,增加断面法,箱内箱外涂刷防护材料等手段进行处理。冻融试验结果表明,大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土箱涵裂缝经化学注浆后裂缝性能良好,且裂缝表面干燥,无渗水现象,试验后的混凝土能够继续满足工程要求中各项力学性能和耐久性指标。

Abstract: Among the seven civil construction bids of the 1st section of Tianjin South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the box culvert concrete of TJ5-4 and TJ5-5 adopted high slag content to improve the concrete performance. In the later practical application, it was found that the wall and roof of the box culvert had different degrees of construction cracks. In order to solve this problem, the new JX-5 series epoxy slurry material was used for chemical grouting for the transverse and longitudinal cracks of the box culvert, with the method of increasing section, and applying protective materials in and outside the box for experimental treatment. The results of freeze-thaw test showed that the cracks of concrete box culvert with large amount of ground slag had good performance after chemical grouting, and the surface of cracks was dry without seepage phenomenon. After the test, the concrete can continue to meet the engineering requirements of the mechanical properties and durability indicators.
