珠美海棠试管苗田间直接入地移栽技术研究

Study on transplanting directly into ground of Malus zumi plantlet in vitro in field environment

摘要: 该研究旨在探讨珠美海棠试管苗田间直接入地移栽技术。利用在土壤支撑的培养基中生根的珠美海棠试管苗,进行了移栽后2种遮阳网遮阴方式及2种小拱棚覆盖方式的试验,并研究了不同时期移栽的效果。结果表明,移栽后稀遮阳网处理的试管苗茎粗显著高于密遮阳网处理,采用顶部开口小拱棚覆盖处理的试管苗的茎长显著高于完全封闭小拱棚处理,4月8日、5月4日和6月8日3个时期移栽的试管苗成活率无显著差异,达到83.3%~100.0%,且移栽越早,试管苗当年形成的茎长和茎粗越大。该结果可为简化珠美海棠试管苗移栽程序并降低试管苗成本提供依据。

Abstract: This paper aimed at researching on transplanting directly into ground techniques in field of Malus zumi plantlet in vitro. With the Malus zumi plantlet rooted in soil-supporting medium the experiments of two shading methods with shading net and two covering methods with plastic film after transplanting had been done. The effects of different transplanting periods on the plantlet survival were also studied. The results showed that the stem diameter of the transplanted plantlet shaded with the thin shading net after transplanting were significantly higher than that of the plantlet shaded with the dense shading net, and the height of the transplanted plantlet covered with the top opening plastic film was significantly higher than that of the plantlet covered with completely closed plastic film. There was no significant difference in the survival rate of the plantlet among three transplanting time of April 8, May 4 and June 8 and the survival rate reached 83.3%~100.0%. The earlier the transplanting time, the higher the plant height and stem diameter of the plantlet. These results can provide a basis for simplifying the transplanting procedure and reducing the cost of Malus zumi plantlet in vitro.
