摘要: 猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis, S. suis)是一种重要的人兽共患病原菌,流行范围广、致病能力强,可引起猪的一系列疾病,同时也对人的健康构成严重威胁。近年来,S. suis感染人和动物的报道日益增加,逐渐得到人们的广泛关注。S. suis感染发病的第一步是对宿主的黏附,研究细菌黏附及毒力因子(如plcR等)已成为热点。本文主要通过对S. suis黏附、毒力因子等进行综述,总结主要黏附机制和相关毒力因子,旨在为S. suis的进一步研究奠定基础,为防控S. suis感染提供参考。

Abstract: Streptococcus suisS. suis)is a momentous zoonotic pathogen, with wide range of epidemic and strong ability of pathogenic, which could cause a series of swine disease as well as pose a serious threat to human health. In recent years, some reports about S. suis infected people and animals are increasing, and it attracted people’s widespread attention gradually. The first step of the pathogenesis of S. suis infection is the adhesion to host, the studies onthe adhesion and virulence factors (such asplcR, etc.)of the bacterium have become a research hotspot. In the review, the adhesion and virulence factors of S. suis were mainly overviewed, meanwhile, the main adherentmechanism and involved virulence factors were summarized, the aim of it is to lay a foundation for the further study of S. suis, and to provide a reference for prevention and control of S. suis infection.
