4种水培植物对富营养化水体中总氮、总磷去除率影响的研究

摘要: 以睡莲、水芹、美人蕉和空心菜4种水培植物为研究对象,比较它们对两种富营养化养殖水(TN=23.5 mg/L,TP=1 mg/L;TN=40.5 mg/L,TP=2 mg/L)的净化作用。结果表明:4种水培植物对两种养殖水都有除磷、除氮的作用(试验组与空白组有显著差异),在试验168 h后,中度富营养化养殖水中除总氮(TN)率为56%~83%,除总磷(TP)率为80%~81%,高度富营养化养殖水中除TN率为60%~83%,除TP率为80%~85%;4种水培植物对水中TN、TP去除作用的昼夜变化分析发现,去除速率随昼夜变化呈现明显昼升夜降现象。本研究发现,睡莲和美人蕉高效去除TN、TP区间较短,但最终浓度相差较小,二者有比水芹和空心菜更高的去除速率;不同根系对高浓度污染水的抗逆性能不同。

Abstract: Compared the capability of water purification among various hydroponic plants(Nymphaea L., Oenanthe javanica (Blume)DC, Canna indica L. and Ipomoea aquatica Forsk)in two different aquaculture water(TN=23.5 mg/L, TP=1 mg/L;TN=40.5 mg/L, TP=2 mg/L), and the results showed that 4 hydroponic plants had significant ability of removal nitrogen and phosphorus. After 168 h, total nitrogen(TN)removal rate is 56%~83%, and total phosphorus(TP)removal rate is 80%~81% in middle eutrophic aquaculture water. Total nitrogen(TN)removal rate is 60%~83%, and total phosphorus(TP) removal rate in high eutrophic aquaculture water is 80%~85%. All four different hydroponic plants removal rate of TN and TP rose up in daytime but dropped at night. It also showed that, Nymphaea L. and Canna indica L. had better removal rate of removal phosphorus and nitrogen than Oenanthe javanica(Blume)DC and Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.
