灌溉用多孔管极限长度分析研究

Research on Maximum Length of Pipelines with Multiple Outlets

摘要: 通常情况下,多孔管极限长度的计算是基于出流量相等的假定进行的,实际情况是管道水流存在水头损失,出流量不相等。因此,本研究在出流量相等及不等两种情况下,对多孔管极限长度的计算结果进行比较分析;同时,分析研究在一行双管布置条件下,不同供水方式对毛管极限长度的影响。结果表明:采用一行双管、双侧供水可显著增加毛管的极限长度,减少支管用量,节省投资。该研究可为微灌毛管设计提供参考。

Abstract: In many cases, the maximum length of pipelines calculation is based on the condition of the same flux, but considering the influence of the pipe head loss, the flux is not equal. Therefore, the results of the calculation of the maximum length of pipelines with multiple outlets are compared with the two cases of equal flux and unequal flux. Meanwhile, under the condition of double pipe arrangement a row, the effect of different water supply way on the maximum length of drip pipeline was analyzed. The results show that using the arrangement of double pipes to supply water for a line crop from two sides can significantly increase the maximum length of the pipelines, reduce the amount of branch pipe and save investment. The results of this research can be used to design of micro-irrigation system.
