Abstract: Under the background of New Agricultural Sciences and based on the specialized learning needs of agricultural university students, this paper proposes a high-quality agricultural English talent cultivation model that combines general education and professional education by constructing a College English agricultural expansion module curriculum system of “English knowledge+English skills+professional knowledge+value guidance” in the following three aspects: textbook and teaching construction, online and offline construction, and supervision and evaluation construction, respectively, in the basic stage（College English 1 and College English 2）and the improvement stage（College English 3 and College English 4）of College English education.
